evet3@jojoposh At the narrowest part of the waist, the dress measures just under 15" lying flat. At the widest part of the hips it measures just over 17" (also lying flat). I'm fairly busty (32d) with not a lot going on in the hip area, and the cut was very flattering on me. Let me know if I can answer any other questions!
