One is a little lose, which is the way I purchased it. It would take 5 minutes to sew & tighten. Size 12. Measurements approx (double): Bust-19" across, but underarm-23". Waist-20". Arm-26" to shoulder seam. Length from collar to bottom in back-26". Made in England. NWT
