@jessicanaomi it's not offering the .99 shipping because the price has to be dropped by 10%. What you can do is change the status of this one to "not for sale" and create a new listing, lost the price for $100 and tag me, once I like it, drop it to the agreed upon amount and then I'll get the shipping discount .
