tamara_y Is this a straight tunic with bat wings? Any elastic in the hem or waist? How long is it?

gjmdrobinson @tamara_y it is 28" from neckline to bottom hem in front. There is no elastic anywhere. From the waist/belt down it is somewhat of a straight tunic- there is a seam sewn on side, but the bat wings also extend down. Above the waist it is completely open with wide arm holes from shoulder to where belt attaches. And of course this portion has the bat wings. I'll try to take a photo that shows it better.
