Sweet 16 or Prom Dress!!

Sweetheart neckline, red poofy prom dress in perfect condition (worn only once) with corset type back. Has black and silver decals. Can be worn with or without a hoop skirt, I will include the hoop skirt for free! I'm a size 6-8 in normal clothing and it fits perfect, but the corset allows it to be tighter or looser to fit best.
