emsfashionside@alycetzue yes it is! I checked on their website and it says that their black one is 58% cotton and 42% viscose. It's a very soft material. Kind of like their basics (: let me know if you're interested! I also do discounted bundles☺️

It's the cream/white with sunflowers on it and I also have the sunflower halter top that you're also looking for in your ISO.
