@motherskiss Oooh, ok. Gotcha! I was just thinking that you never can tell because some people have been on there long time but just aren't very active.. lol! I have a good tip and I don't know if you have heard it yet. When sharing your listings, edit and share instead of just sharing. I heard that everyone sees a listing if you edit it (instead of just your followers ) Since I have started doing that, I have definitely noticed more sales!

Is it necessary for me to join the many Posh Parties once I learn of them? I don't even understand what happens whenever I join" a Posh Party!

Hi! People who look for the Brands you are selling can see your closer. When you share anything, your items or someone else's, the people who are following you can see them. When you share items in a party everyone who are participating can see what you share. The night parties are important. The co host picks items from closet to highlight. This causes hundreds of people to notice your closet. There are tag groups that tag people in up coming party listings. @sarochka

Unfortunately, not a lot of sales this weekend but I know it will eventually pay off. What's the best tip you've heard or figured out recently? I also wanted to tell you thanks for the tip about not letting a bad rating upset you. I too cried over my 1st not 5 star rating. My only less than stellar ratings have come from women with no closets. Weird, huh?

I tend to sell more items on Wednesday Thursday and Friday those seem to be paydays for most people I really push sharing and telling people about my bundle sales on those particular days after Saturday day, sales pretty much drop until hump day rolls around again. @brandyinboise

I really don't know how to come across new poshers.. I just try to follow those who follow me.. Your closet looks fantastic sales are slow for everyone right now I have no idea why. I've started, when someone likes an item of mine I usually respond to them with my current sale for example " Thank you for adding this to your LIKES. Bundles are 20% off or make an offer ;) @" I have gotten a few responses and sales this way @amissaelian81

I'm a suggested user and 10% seller but can't seem to make any significant money. I want everybody to do well but it's ALOT of work, which you know. Can u name a couple apps. You definitely better pictures. it's not worth using the camera that comes with the app. Use the camera on your phone and download A good picture editing app. I use picsart. It's free. @garveetanya

Oh, there are a couple more things a lot of people won't buy from a closet that is not Posh compliant. All bathing suits have to be new with tags. Makeup has to be sealed and in its original packaging. Even if it's never been used and you open it to show the color is considered used. @garveetanya

@motherskiss yes, I cleaned my closet up of all non compliant items, I think. All my makeups new and sealed and I do have a couple suits that are new but w/o tags but still have panty liner in?? I will recheck and get rid of anything that Posh may consider not right! TU!

The same thing goes for host pics if you have non compliant items in your closet they won't give you a host pic. I will go through your closet and like and non compliant item. Even though the swimsuits have liners they must still have the tags on them and it's best to show a picture of the tag @garveetanya

To be suggested user your closet has to be posh perfect. That means your closet follow all of Poshmark rules. For both, what you need to do is send us an email stating how great your closet is how you would like to be considered 2b a suggested user and also you would like to be considered a host for a party, they will respond by putting you on a waiting list and that takes anywhere from a month to 2months but that's about all it takes @ramonarosario

I'm still pretty new ( maybe been poshing for a month and LOVE LOVE LOVE it ), something I just ran across that has really helped grow my followers ( which I'm sure is well known but maybe not for new Poshers ) is when there are Posh Parties figure out what the Theme is and do a search for those specific items and share random peoples items during that party, then usually when you do that they in turn return the share favor ( and usually Follow ya as well ) :)

I have a tag list. I welcome a new posher and then I tag my Pff's in that closet. Or every time you gain a new follower look into their closet, if they have less than 500 followers they are more than likely only been on Posh a couple of days. Thanks for the compliment!! @belladoc

I tag ppl in a host's party listing, they congratulate the host and share some of their listings in hopes that the host will visit their closet.
