bake_me_a_cake Yes he is. Not as stressed now. He hasn't had a part time job since October. He's picking up some overtime at the big hospital in August. My engagement ring is his grandmothers. I never felt like it was mine. Scared to wear it. I need something I can mess up.

My sister called and said my mom called bet yelling at her. My dad's birthday was yesterday. I sent him a text at midnight. That was it.

bake_me_a_cake I think they will if he calmly talks to them. She won't call and I'm not calling her. I'm ok with that. I knew that was going to happen. I've accepted it. Time to make my own traditions with MY family. I'm not worrying about her anymore even though it makes me terribly sad. Nick lets me vent about it every morning.
