I see you used p@l. Did you send the money "as friends and family" or as "goods and services"? The reason im asking is because if you sent the money as goods and services you can get refunded through p@l since you never received the item. Do not ever let someone talk you into sending money through friends and family if you do not know them and are purchasing an item from them. Always send using goods and services and you are protected if anything bad was to happen.
