Hi I bought a gray express sparkly tank top from you about a month or so ago. I moved Nov. 1 & it was shipped to my old address. I've sent several emails to customer support but no return emails. I dont know if it was delivered there & new renter kept it or it was returned to you. It was charged on my cc & never received. Help!

@mhupcej221 so, with Posh if a customer doesn't say there was a problem or rate an item after a certain number of days, they release the funds to the seller. That is why you were charged.

@mhupcej221 I just sent a note to Posh support. They should reach to you shortly. I wish there is more I could do! Sellers only ship to the address on file provided by Poshmark. If you updated your address before it shipped and Posh didn't update as per your request, you might be able to qualify for a refund from their side. But, it really is there call :(

@angelb540 thanks so much! I take my pics against a white background (a sheet, poster board work well). Then I use a few different apps. Recently I have been loving an app called Superimpose - it is tricky to use, but once you get a hang out it it is a piece of cake! I also use Snapseed to brighten colors or cleanup the white background. Hope this helps!!
