Hi. I was wanting to make an offer but I have a couple more questions because I am afraid this might not work and need it for a wedding sat. 1. Could you ship out right away. Looks like we both live in MO so I'm sure I could get it. 2. Is the dress on the mannequin the 18? I am 5'5" and about 190. Do you think it would fit?
