akznyc@angel10 if only these were my size. I'm a 9 - 8.5 more often than not! Do these run true to size?
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 yes they run pretty true to size :( .
Apr 13Reply
akznyc
akznyc@angel10 I hate to ask because I can't buy - but would you suggest a 8 or 9? Kind of a hard question to answer but wondering if you had the inside scoop. I'm a solid 8.5 usually and they don't do half sizes. Never purchased this brand before! Also like the FU CK loafers 🙌
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 if you'd like, I can measure them for you when I get home so you can maybe compare to some of the other shoes you have. Some of YRU's shoes are iffy... IF heard some say they are true to size in some and others say that they had to size down in others. But if it will help, I will definitely measure them once I am back home.

akznyc
akznyc@angel10 that's so kind of you to offer. I'd appreciate that if you have a moment! Do you like this brand comfort wise?
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 it's no problem at all but I won't be home until 5 pm. I think they are pretty comfortable compared to a lot of shoes I have tried. I always have problems with shoes rubbing the back of my heel and causing blisters which I hate but I haven't had any problems so far with any of their shoes.
Apr 13Reply
akznyc
akznyc@angel10 same. My poor heels. I'm a fan of smoking loafers and..um...smoking. 💁But they always mess up my heels. You're closet is dope by the way. I just threw you a follow because I can't wait to see what else you post.

akznyc@angel10 are the FU CK ones too aggressive?
Apr 13Reply
akznyc
akznyc@angel10 in your personal opinion
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 yes I always end up having to wear band-aids with my shoes and it is pure torture! And thanks for the compliment.... I love finding some of the coolest stuff and no I don't think those are too aggressive! I love them... I'm all about things that catch attention and make ppl start a conversation. They are different and I like them :).

akznyc@angel10 I'm just apprehensive because I live in Manhattan and am always walking. I can just imagine the dirty looks I'll get from mothers walking with their babies ("mama what does That mean on that girl's shoes?) - but yolo? FU CK em (not the kids - the haters lol)
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 lol yes I am sure you will get a lot of dirty looks! For some reason I thought you lived in Cali... I feel like everything is just so "free" & everyone's open minded and free spirited.
Apr 13Reply
akznyc
akznyc@angel10 no Cali for me. Don't get me wrong. I love my city and its pretty rough and tumble - but there are always the children. THINK OF THE CHILDREN ALI! Where do you live?
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 lol yes don't forget the children... I actually live in NC.
Apr 13Reply
akznyc
akznyc@angel10 I travel to NC often. My ex went to Duke so we'd go down for all the UNC vs Duke games. My grandma also lives in Chapel Hill. Love NC.
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 wow what a small world! Chapel Hill is awesome.. That's where I wanted to go to college. It's so nice and calm this way but I'm ready for a change.
Apr 13Reply
akznyc
akznyc@angel10 come to Manhattan if you want a change from the quiet! Hahaha

Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 lol I'm sure you have plenty of noise there! It's so cool finding ppl that live, have lived here before, or have family here... It is such a small world. Have you ever been to Poshfest? I would love to meet all the wonderful ppl I interact with up here.
Apr 13Reply
akznyc
akznyc@angel10 I haven't!! I hope they come to NY soon. I'm heading down to chapel hill next month. We should organize our own NC posh gathering!
Apr 13Reply
angel10
angel10@alikatz13 they should! I really want to travel more and that would be the perfect excuse lol.. And yes we should organize one. some of the ladies down here have thrown some but I've always had to work on the dates they are scheduled :(.
