Tea Length Black Tulle Dress! Classic strapless with rouched top and flowing bottom. Top has elastic so it won't slip down. Bottom is two layers of tulle over a lining & a sort of tutu at the very bottom to make it more full 😊 Only worn once and was dry cleaned, has a few flaws like subtle pulling and a small piece out of the inside tulle (see pictures) but nothing noticeable when wearing. Ribbon from first pic not included. 💚
