bellanblue @jteach23 yes silly girls don't understand the concept of free market or how much it takes to sell on posh? they don't appreciate the time it takes to source, take pics and list and share all day to make one sale. on top of that posh takes 20%. so I make very little considering my time and effort and yet they still are being rude when they have no clue about the costs or process.

hinaqr @bellanblue yes dear, I will modify it. Not going to copy your effort just like that. But it's like all the points together BAM... Lol. I had this lady who bought brand new pajamas and other stuff bundle for $10 (already low balled) and when she received them she gave me a 2 star because they fit her loose. I even offered to go through posh to settle it but she just blocked me. That's is my only low rating and I feel so bad about not being able do anything.

earthmuse Great advice. I know I'm tired of people using name brands and descriptions such as "leather" when it's NOT leather and not an authentic product of the name brands. Those words mean something. I appreciate when descriptions and photos are clear--just like yours.

walkinmyshoes So sorry to hear about that. I've noticed the rudeness comes in spurts. I had a Posher just this week tag me in a listing that she made in her closet. She went on to call me a scammer, scum and the "C" word. I usually just ignore comments but when you start using foul language, I will report you.@bellanblue

walkinmyshoes I tagged in a couple of the Posh Support team as she was ranting and calling me the "C" word and within minutes her closet was shut down. Afterwards, I Blocked her, reported her to Posh Support and she is now totally shut down. It's easy to hide behind a name and/or iphone & computer and be rude to others. Again, I'm sorry you had to deal with a bad situation but keep moving forward and keep being your sweet self. @bellanblue You are an amazing Posher with a great closet!

itslove Ughhhh can I please use this? I swear! I put up so munch info to have buyers make an informed purchase but I swear majority don't read a thing and then try to use that as an excuse when rating. This is supposed to be fun for all. Sigh. grayasparagus Love this! I agree with you- some don't understand all the time and effort it takes to curate our closets regardless of where we get our items from. And even if you can buy the item yourself from a different site or store- we provide the service of it being on Poshmark where you can sell your items and use the credit towards something else! Try to take your Posh credits to Gap and see what they say... Or try to "make an offer" at Louis Vuitton! Lol

I think I'm going to drop a note into the PoshM suggestion box that they implement a Seller reviews Buyers feature.

love4luxe I so agree with this Jen! 👆👍 people need a posh etiquette lesson lately! I sold a dress gave exact measurements and bc didn't fit her, she gave me 1 star and how is that fair?! Once a girl gave me two stars and said she LOVED the item but it was over her budget?! No help from posh with the ratings, all they say is poshers get to make the rating based on their purchase experience. It's frustrating because I can't control someone's budget or if things will fit buyers 😰😁

jeweledonyx I was a buyer before I was a seller & saw appalling behavior in some buyers! Worse than lowballing, they shriek about buying elsewhere cheaper? Seriously? Then move on! I got 4 star ratings from a chick claiming my Coach package wasn't rec'd; until I sent a video to Posh. Mad cuz she got caught--SMH Signs work!!

mjhasal @bellanblue love this!! I really like the 'make offer' feature but I've received so many low ball offers, it's ridiculous. I love how posh has grown but a lot of buyers don't read about posh etiquette! I take pride in my closet but it's treated like a bargain basement sometimes! You've always had a great closet💗💗💗

All my buyers love that and she said I need to improve 😃 yeah it sucks because now I have that low rating :( I almost feel like sending her a money order for what she paid and let her keep the item.

alwtober I absolutely love this listing! It's to the point and very well said. Most of us are usually selling out of our own closets and describe the item as well as we can. I have received some items that did not fit me but were exactly as described. Sizes will vary with designers. I resold them. Also I agree, comments made about prices are a waste of everyone's time. If you find it somewhere else for less buy it there. Again, love this listing. As usual it's very well said. 💕😘💕

I blocked the user that harassed you. I had an urge to list all the users I blocked so other sellers can avoid them but thought it would scare buyers away. fashionchicaz Posh is a totally different place now. I get offers 20% of my listed price or worse, people getting hostile because I won't accept offline purchases, holding things then asking for discounts. The worst, I had to return my first purchase. The item was supposedly new, it wasn't and had paint down one arm. Extremely bad quality or I would've kept it. The seller called me stupid, fat, dumb, etc. I was floored. feistybear Excellent posts! If you don't mind, I think I will also create something SIMILAR in my closet when I have the time! I am baffled at how nasty some people are on Poshmark FOR NO REASON. It's almost as if they have nothing better to do than to cause drama or make themselves feel better by being nasty to someone else!

mariao66 @bellanblue i can relate 2 u and other poshers i have had a few rude ones or asking me 2 lower prices then i do and the dont buy it or hold it never come back at times i just wanna close my closet cause i get so much stress and little money i share so many closets and at times not even a thank u nor even share ny closet it really bothers me

mariao66 @bellanblue have they ever asked u 2 donate your close or at times i say can u take off a few dollars they tell me straight off no its ok but then i go on their page and she is low balling some other posher and got so many brand name stuff i just dont get it really

alohathreads I'm so glad I saw this post.... I was feeling quite discouraged when a suggested user commented on one of my items "you are marking this up 😡". I spend a lot of time researching sales and curating my closet to what I feel people are looking for, sharing closets, and packaging orders. Is it not okay to sell items bought from flash sales? I've read about other poshers having much success by doing this and would appreciate any feedback!
