kellidavis05 @jteach23 HOME!!! I had to keep my friend's kids:) The waist is 16". Length (from waist to hem) 12" 1/4. Inseam 3" 3/4. Rise 8" 1/2. Leg opening 11" 1/2. Awesome shorts! I hate to part with them, I need to lose my winter coat!
