cruella @rumdrop I purchased the bracelet from a friend. The necklace on eBay. Both have been cleaned at Tiffany. I'm sure you know they won't clean anything that's not authentic. The absolute least I will take for the set is $850 with pal.

rumdrop ok. when u purcased on ebay, did it come w/receipt? actually, i worked at tiffanys during busy seasons for many years, and the instruction given to us is to clean all items brought in even if it looks fake, so being able to clean it at tiffanys is not a way of authentication unfortunately. :(

cruella @rumdrop I did not get a receipt. And that's really odd because I actually know 2 people who did eBay returns because tiffany wouldn't clean their purchase. I also know someone who does authenticating. I never felt the need to run a picture by her because I am very confident in the piece but I can when I get back in town.

rumdrop ok, maybe the rules have changed w/in tiffany. but what i do know for sure, is that we dont get training to look out for the fakes. but that said, i trust u and am very interested, so pls do let me know if u ever get the chance to run the pics by ur authenticator? thx!
