fashionguru0424 @diora1229 What a great idea to share this!! As a seller, I've had a couple really bad experiences and no staff at Poshmark will listen. I even filed a couple complaints with BBB and contacted Posh founder. I learned that many sellers have also had the same experience where someone buys our items and actually damages them because they don't want to pay for them or wants to return them.

fashionguru0424 @diora1229 I just received a notice that a beautiful North Face puffer coat is being returned for being "damaged." I was shocked and when I tried to ask Posh for photos, they ignored me and the buyer won't respond either. I'm just waiting to receive it and see what they did to it.

fashionguru0424 @diora1229 This also happened last week with a beautiful pair of boots. The buyer kept harassing me to drop the price lower and said she LOVED the boots, so I did. She then asked me to change the lower price on my listing so she could get reduced shipping and I did. Then I get a notice that she is returning the boots because they are so damaged they "aren't wearable." Really?
