@lizzanne_ Well kinda sorta, they fit tight, but they're stretchy. The material makes the jeans so much more comfortable than other skinny jeans because it adjusts to your legs and the material is stretchy! I could wear these jeans in 120 degree weather and still feel comfortable :)
