Hi-lo peplum from urban outfitters

Navy and cream with dove pattern, hi-lo peplum shirt from Urban Outiftters. In the front, there are clasps that end right below the belly button. I wore it with a high waisted skirt. Only wore this top twice, so the condition is perfect. Size Small (true to size)
