jamielee288 @babikolean Yes a small would fit those measurements, the fabric is Polyester, and yes I can add the dolphin ring to this. babikolean @jamielee288: sounds good! I'm a ring size 4.5. I know the dolphin is adjustable, but will the nose and tail hit each other (so that it can't go any smaller than that?) if adjusting the ring won't be a problem, please create a bundle! If not, please let me know regardless and I will make you an offer on the dress! :)
