cocotggr @dinabev I don't quite remember your offer, but I think it was not quite what I'm looking for. When my mother bought this bag, she spent well over 5x the asking price (it was her first designer, so she babied the tote to no end). I believe my tote has the advantage of being one of the best preserved vintage bags of this line on the internet. However, I totally understand that everyone has her own budget. I hope you end up finding one that fits your needs. Good luck!

cocotggr @ehaberman67 I think so. I've had all sorts of designer bags, including LV and Fendi to name a few. All of them disintegrated or started to peel during storage. Only Mark Cross kept its original condition.

quirkyequest My mark. Ross is about 30 years old and in perfect shape.i have LV and I keep them all in my closet which is lined in cedar and in their dustbags. Makes a huge difference when thus are stored in a cedar closet. That was the best remodel project I ever did.
