Maybe you heard of us- We only specialize in Emergency Medicine and contract out the ERs of many hospitals across the nation (my ER is in north New Jersey).

Just being in charge or doing “Team Leader” role in the ICU was enough to tell me I cannot handle management!😂😂😂 LOL I guess I’m too much of a people pleaser, & u can’t make everyone, or sometimes anyone, happy in that role! If your making your boss happy, your workers are mad, and flip-flop!!😜

@gallery_of_gems My role is a little bit different in the Management field. A big part of it is educating my physicians on how to document the medical records correctly according to specific guidelines (like insurance or coding guidelines) as to get them paid accordingly and medical charts to be 💯 Incase if going to court for malpractice cases. I get to travel across the nation to give presentations, too!

@gallery_of_gems I definitely couldn’t do what you do. I’m more on the business side of things rather than personal care. Plus, I found out very early on, I can get very upset and emotional when a patient is in a bad way. My poker face wasn’t up to par! So god bless you and everything you do for those ICC patients! 👩⚕️ 💝

@lissaloves Oh Lawd!😂😂 Lol! Dr.’s love to listen!! I guess if u tell them their pay is gonna be affected they start to listen, maybe?🤷♀️ I know that’s a struggle here with some of our Doc’s, I work at our Heart Hospital now & some of these Dr’s have never put orders in since the switch to EMR! They’ve been told their pay is affected when they don’t put their own orders in, they still don’t!😩

I could never take care of sick babies or kids.😥 That is so cool u get to travel around tho, as long as u enjoy doing that! I think it would be neat to go different places, at the expense of my employer!😜
