lalalilly @gavinm77 I was just thinking that I wasn't helpful with my answer, this does run true to size, but if you're concerned, it does have the elastic band at the waist and it's giving, it's thin too. So it's not one of those where you have to buy the next size up things. If you normally wear the L, then that would work for you. I wear size L as well. I'm keeping one for myself 😁 hope that helps and if you have any more questions let me know
