pcmacsavvy @@ladyt4dogs I cannot count the times I have waited near cars with dogs locked inside in summer heat. I have had license plates announced in libraries and stores. When the police are called they do not respond. The car owners eventually appear they are irate with me.

just_livin Love this!! Here in AZ this is a constant issue. I wish there were legal charges and fines for those that are ignorant and irresponsible and abuse their poor babies. My wiggle butt hates her shoes but at least her toe beans won’t burn.
