Very soft leather. Used gently. When used I remove the cross body handle and the MK medallion. Color is gorgeous and bag is very soft. When I brought it, it already had a dry spot see picture. Bag is beautiful and gold hardware has some hairline scratches due to wear. Very clean. Sorry i don't have a dust bag. Ask questions. Very hard to find😃
