Hi- inside leg 29".... Is that the inseam? Are they supposed to be a short, cropped fit? I'm 5'9- these will be too short for me , right?

@sstrom1 the inseam is 29". They aren't cropped but have more of a city cut so that you can wear them with boots or heels. I'm 5'7" and I usually wear between a 27-28" inseam. Since these are meant to be worn at ankle length then they should be close to a perfect fit. They haven't been altered since I bought them at saks.
