@danielle1025 It has an elastic waistband and stretchy fabric so it could stretch or shrink to fit a fairly wide range, but it isn't suffocatingly tight like some "small" skater skirts I've had haha. I'm on vacation right now but I can post both stretched and un-stretched measurements this weekend if you would like.

@danielle1025 hello again! I measured the skirt. Laying flat, the waistband measures 12in across, but can stretch up to 18in. It is about 17 inches long. Hope this helps!

@danielle1025 unfortunately I have no control over the shipping cost; Poshmark handles all of that. The only time you can get discounted shipping is on special promotion days, but the final price must be over $10 to qualify.
