halihane Will this fit more like 24/25 or 25/26? I cut some size 0 jeans into shorts and it became too tight. I realized I had to buy a size up to have a looser fit around my thighs to be able to cut & roll them into shorts.

phansteez @clotheschameleo I would say maybe a 24/25, however it is true to size around the waist but my thighs are big!

halihane Thank you for the info! My thighs are smaller but I'm still not sure these will fit if they were previously jeans as jeans tend to be tighter around the thigh area unless it was a relaxed fit pair of jeans.
