jbohnenkamp @wolfekrest Sorry..just seen your question here :) I am approx. 5'6 & half -lol! I measured the waist lying flat & it's approx.27"; however the waist is stretchable elastic and extends wider than measurments. Dress is 100% polyester (exclusive of trims) so the skirt part is stretchy & top half does have some give to it. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have anymore questions! Always happy to help.

jbohnenkamp @wolfekrest Ok, I just double checked & don't think the top part will work for ya. I'm only 32B-lol! & it felt rather snug just trying to get my arms & head thru the lace part' there's not alot of give around that lace top area. Sorry about that!
