Hey @gnicole13, can I be a pain? There are two different "ash" shades of Marcie, (I think one was 2011 and one was 2012, or something) is yours the truly gray one or the slightly tan/taupey one?

@mster425 - it's a 2013 purchase from Saks not sure if that helps boil down the color. I would dark grey/dark graige. The pictures are true to color

Thanks! Can you also post or email pics of the full purse? I feel like the first 2 pics are retail photos? Just looking to see the actual shape/condition of the actual purse. Also, a clear close up of the "Chloe" heat stamp on the inside pocket, and both sides of the inside tab (hologram sticker on one side, serial number on the other side)
