@niknak013 yes off white. there is no adjustable strap. But i've never had any complaints about it not fitting right. the cut of the top makes it versatile for mostly everyone.

I also bought stuff and it went 10 days..not shipped ..I had to cancel the order 3 different times..and had stuff held and tagged them when I was ready and some are still on hold and won't contact me back.

@chicstreet yes i will hold the S for you so you can find a top. i'm at work but i'm going to guess either cotton or rayon, with stretch. forgive me im' horrible with materials. but it is a soft material that has stretch.
