Size 23 is the same as size 16 in girls. Not 10

@saeakin For me MM size 24 is same as girls MM size 12 and MM size 25 is same as girls MM size 14.

@saeakin Yea I guess they fit differently. I was only able to wear these MM size 23 when I weighed 100 pounds.
