savvy_gypsy Hey girl!!! do you think this would be too big for someine who is a true size 00/23, 4'10? esteele27 @athenakarns hey girl!!!! This would be perfect for you!!!!! It has an elastic waist band so the waist sits at your smallest part. And the top is supposed to be a bit loose. I'm 5'1 and it's too short on me. It is a true xxs!
