BUNDLED - Brown Anthropologie dress

Chocolate brown Velvet brand for Anthropologie dress. Gathers above and below empire waist band for a figure flattering silhouette and fuller skirt. Flutter sleeves and ruffle at bottom. Attached fabric belt. 92% rayon / 8% lycra. Please note this used to have two buttons at top but it gapped on me so I had the buttons removed and professionally sewn closed. Measures 35" long and 17" across top of empire waist band (stretches to 19"+). Excellent used condition.
