prrtynpink @olasbeautique you just lower the price by 10% and they get the shipping for one hour but if you don't want to sell your item for a lower price or it doesnt show that it was lowered by 10% then you just make a new listing and mark it a higher price and when the customer 'likes' the listing, lower it by 10% or more to make it the desired price and the shipping works- hope that makes sense
