Brand New, Tags Attached. Size 3 a available. I am modeling the size 3. I am normally a 25 and these are little loose on me. If you are a 25 like me they would be cute loose with a white tank and flips. They are very comfy and a great summer color pant. Perfect for work and play. 81% Polyester, 15% Rayon & 4% Spandex. Has stretch. Measures (3)- 13.7" across waist, 17.5" across hips, 37" long and 29" inseam. Firm.
