Navy blue and white stripe strapless dress size 10

Perfect for that summer on Nantucket or the beach wedding! This strapless navy blue dress by Julie Brown was only worn once. In a size 10 it is a great cut for girls with hips. It hits just above knee and I'm 5'6". Back hidden zipper. The blue is very dark but I promise it's blue!
