Also actually do something when listings are reported! I'm sick of reporting and then seeing the items SOLD!!! Seriously, where is the quality control?!? That's why I left posh end of last year... Had to come back as I just lost my job.

kellidavis05 I totally agree! I was just having this conversation with 2 other friends that I met through Posh. There should be a team that specifically scans/handles reported and unsupported items. I reported a party host NUMEROUS times before her party for used swimwear. The amount of junk being listed is getting out of control.

I agree, they need to be called out! We need to keep this up, alert FB Posh friends and constantly report! I will be emailing PM today.

gumbob @gracekellie13 So sorry to hear of your job loss 🙏🏻. There is an incredibly alarming rate of bizarre things going on. I know other Poshers report & nothing is done. I actually emailed Poshmark Support on this issue & received a very interesting response. They stated lots of things but.....a lot of prohibited items are hosts, suggested users &/or top 10%.

I left posh as I was so tired of reporting FAKE items and then seeing them sold! I think if more of us report and email posh directly and take to social media to openly expose the illegal items... maybe we will get a response??!?!

Well you can click the listing and if you're in mobile there is an option at the top corner a box w a little arrow click and you shall see some options "report listing" is one also you can screen shot image and email their customer service... It's a bummer that so many fakes are on here! So always look at buyer ratings and past sales comments... Hope that helps and don't get discouraged... It's deflating trust me, however there are awesome women on here as well!

sunshineamine I always ask the user if the bag/item is authentic, and if they tell me it is when it is clearly not, I call them on it and ask if they were aware. Some people take them down then. If they're rude, I report. Otherwise if I see a straight up replica or inspired item I just report it. Similar styles to designer from legit brand = FINE. Complete fakes= NOT OKAY. Most of the replicated items unfortunately produced in slave labor situations. :/ Uhhgg I feel like I report at least one listing a day.

pralinequeen This illegal, "you can go to jail for" fraud has been committed not only by the hand bag black market, Swarovski Crystal has been flagrantly used, when I know for a fact the majority are not. If you concentrate your efforts to report illegal activity first, that would probably be about 20% engaged in illegal activities such as patent infringement and fraud. All fraud committed against copyrights, licensed, and patent holding entities can result in jail time.

7cochise7 Immediately I added all in her closet to a bundle, and then I took a few screen shots of each piece. I’ll write to Kevin at Posh tomorrow and tell him about her, pics included. eBay has been sued twice by LV for allowing fake Vuittons to be sold on their site, and we’re talking big money here. Posh has FAR MORE fake LVs than eBay, which leads me to think Posh isn’t on top of this at all... which is scary for those not too familiar with the brand.

gracekellie13 @ddelgado990 yes they automatically credit the seller after three full days- that’s why it’s so important to be there when you receive packages to immediately communicate with Posh if it’s a fake. Also as a seller, I rush to get my items out and have stellar communication - only to have the package delivered and find out my buyer is on vacation... so that hurts me from getting my funds asap- I have to wait... so if people are going to be gone they should communicate
