nursedesiree@lobos I love the ring and received it a couple of weeks ago. Very beautiful on, but the pearl has fallen off and cannot be found. Do you have replacements?

Sep 01Reply

lobos@nursedesiree hi I just saw your message sorry for the late response! Sorry to hear the pearl fell off... this is the first! I don’t have pearl replacements, but I have the same ring if you want to buy again, I can offer a discount.

Sep 03Reply

nursedesiree@lobos That sounds great. Do you have any 8s or 9s left? Thanks

Sep 14Reply

reamshelly1Okay, Say I purchase one of these pearl rings, and the pearl happens to fall off (like a previous customer) Do you not offer “refunds” … or “replacement” rings and have customer send back the defective one? I’m just curious, because I really like a few of your rings, and would like to purchase, but I’m also a bit hesitant if they just so happen to fall apart.

Nov 19Reply

lobos@reamshelly1 - thanks for your inquiry. Actually, it’s unusual when a pearl falls off, but if it happens, I can give a 3 month return/exchange. No questions asked. If you are interested in more then 1 ring let me know and we can set up a bundle deal. Thanks!

Nov 19Reply

lobos@nursedesiree - Hi! Wanted to touch base and let you know I haven’t forgotten about you! As soon as I get my inventory for 8 and 9 sizes I’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience 🙂

Nov 19Reply

nursedesiree@lobos Thanks!! I’ll need a 9
