Okay, Say I purchase one of these pearl rings, and the pearl happens to fall off (like a previous customer) Do you not offer “refunds” … or “replacement” rings and have customer send back the defective one? I’m just curious, because I really like a few of your rings, and would like to purchase, but I’m also a bit hesitant if they just so happen to fall apart.
