@patti2359 hey! I apologize I won't be able to get the width until tonight. The middle buttons only come partially down, not all the way button down and the sleeves are the three quarter length ones the folder over and then have a little strap that holds them up. No scrunching waist

@patti2359 sorry for the delay! I realized I had nothing to measure it with 😳😳 when laid down flat the tops width is a little over 10 inches so all the way around would be a little over 20. Hope that helps! 💗
