lildubz003 @rnheatherb ...It says that she shipped it out but it's been saying that since 6 days after I purchased it! And, doesn't M.E.R release the funds to the seller after a few days even if the buyer has not actually accepted the package?

rnheatherb @lildubz003 no, merc only releases the funds after confirmed delivery.. Either the tracking number has to say delivered or the buyer has to accept.. When you check the order is there a tracking number attached? If not the seller has simply marked it as shipped even though it wasn't actually done...

rnheatherb @lildubz003 that was how I got scammed. After it was marked shipped and had to tracking number for 2 weeks I finally contacted merc to cancel the order.. If you go to the help center there's a forum for you to contact them. Just make sure you have the item to include in your message. It usually starts with the letter m and it's under 'view order'

lildubz003 @rnheatherb There is a tracking number, and when I click on it, I'm redirected to the FedEx tracking page, where it says that on 06/07/2015, the shipping label was created. When I scroll down, that is the only tracking it has for my package.

lildubz003 @rnheatherb Yes, I remember just now seeing a number, a few fields above the tracking number, that started with "m" and was then followed by a series of numbers. Thank you for telling me how to address it. I hardly even have any listings on that site. I merely signed up to help me get lower prices on bundles

rnheatherb @lildubz003 ya, if it only says shipping label created than it was never actually sent out.. So irritating when people do stuff like that!!! Just ruins the excitement of buying/selling.... Merc will def cancel it for you, but because it's a Sunday you may not hear from them til maybe Tuesday... Any later than that just send another email to them.. Good luck, glad I could help 😊
