dallasstyle @cbeatr hi! Sorry for the delayed response! I got home later than expected last night! The bust, hip and waist are all the same measurement (the drawstring is what cinches the dress at the waist). I measured at the inner white panel seam on both sides and with the drawstring untied it measured at approx. 14”. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

2mybelly If I’m 5’6 is this long enough to wear with heels ? Material is polyester?

dallasstyle @2mybelly thanks for inquiring! I’m 5’10 and the dress hits me at the same length as the model shown wearing heels; if I were wearing a flat shoe or sandal it would probably hit 1-2” from the ground. I think the dress would definitely be long enough for your height, with heels on, and probably would look even better with a little bit of a longer length! And yes the dress is 100% Polyester😊Let me know if you have any more questions!
