@beckylou1 hello and thank you for your interest. I honestly don't think so just bc this is a size 0 and Nordstrom's is pretty true to size. Although it does have an elastic stretch, I would best if you would refer to my measurements above, pick out a dress you fit comfortably at home and measure it to compare to these measurements, first. I want to make sure it's fitted" before the " skirt" part .. I have a small wait so I don't want it to just go from straight to ruffle.. I have been 3x extremely disappointed and things not clearly represented in my last and 1st of 3 purchased.....is it any way possible someone could model it or a mannequin.. dresses can be funny how they " fall"..

Hi. See the " price of material that goes in the horizontal direction, I'm just trying to see if that area will be fitted and fall waist-hip.show a little more shape then just straight and poof .. then it's just cutesy
