Vintage 80s(?) Jessica Howard Navy and White Polka Dots Dress This dress deserves to be worn! There is a beautiful shimmer to the material that is hard to show. Fully lined in yellow with a yellow grosgrain belt. Includes extra lining in the bra area. Spaghetti straps, full skirt, 100% polyester. Back zipper with hook and eye closure. Flat waist: 16"; flat chest 18.5"; front length w/o straps: 33"; back length: 30"
