@lana211 They are silver plated and the base metal is copper if you have an allergy to copper or silver plating i wouldnt suggest wearing them. However there are reviews stating that the non tarnish coating on the wire seems to make it hypoallergenic but i cant say for sure if thats true or not. i can also make the rings in sterling silver but that would cost more.
