jguffeyHi @mbeezee, unfortunately, I do not know how true to 12 they are because I do not wear a 12. On me (a 6, or 8 depending on brand), they were too big. They also have a lot of stretch, I just don't have any point of reference outside of the measurements. Wish I could be of more help!
