divas_shop@rewing88 , this shoe is narrow, and fits like 1/4 size small. I just tried it on. Feels like the straps might stretch, because of no stitches, just laser cut. If it runs a bit big, you can always add the cheapest insoles, and it will help with fitting.

divas_shop@rewing88 , the shoe has high arch. I don't know how high heel you wear, it's steep for me. I'd personally use good ball of the foot insert. The ankle is narrow too. So, as you can see, I'm kinda hesitant 😆 . Some like heels snug, others don't.
