Does this fit pretty true to a medium or does it run smaller?

@weinsb since this isn't a form fitting dress, and is meant to fit more on the looser side I would say this would fit a small or a medium. When I wore this dress last I was a small and it fit fine and now that I'm a medium it still fits!
