So hard to capture the detailing. Has cascading ruffle-type design down front. Ties at neck, has a little larger than keyhole opening in back. Lined. Pretty long, looks great tucked in with a pencil skirt & blazer. Small spot on neck that should come out with dry cleaning (3rd pic). Can't find a size tag but should be an XS that can fit XS/S

What is the spot? You can't see it in the photo.

@shelby5556 if you look closely, you can see it on the left side kind of by the ruffle start area. It's not bad, I just noticed it as I was taking the picture

@shelby5556 sooo i JUST realized you said "what" is the spot and not "where" is the spot. my bad :( I think it's probably makeup from when I put it on to take pics. I would be happy to have it dry-cleaned before sending
