@jackie1230 the measurement of the waist straight across is 13". my waist measurement all around is 26" and it fits me perfect. :)

@makayla_couture im 5'7 & its not as long on me as i would like. It comes above my ankles & its an awkward length. It'll work better for someone who's like 2-3 inches shorter.
